This month we will be doing a one time ban appeal for those previously banned for account sharing/VPN use.

Users who have been banned due to account sharing or VPN use can use this application form to submit their ban appeal:

This form will be closed on March 30th.

Remember that you should not lie and make false statements, as this may result in appeal rejection.

ONLY ONE APPEAL ALLOWED!

However, all accounts that have been banned for account sharing in the past or if there is evidence for account sharing but your account was not banned before, your account will be excluded from account support, i.e. assistance in changing the password/email of an account, account recovery if the account was hacked, etc.

We will thoroughly investigate each appeal one by one so that the issue is rightfully resolved.

We reserve the right to not unban any accounts with falsely supported documents.

Make sure you understand that this action is a courtesy, and not a formal renunciation of wrongdoing on the part of this account.

The record of your misconduct will remain, and further violations of the Terms of Use will likely result in permanent suspension effective immediately.
